The funeral Service is to take place In St Bedes Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Wednesday 30th April at 11.00am.
Thank you to all the staff at Fountains Court who cared for our dad.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu can be made after the service to Cancer Research and Alzheimer's Society.
